***Currently due to Tier 3 Resurgence Mitigations we will only be offering On Demand classes by reservation for one person at a time.  We have one spot for bike classes and one spot for all other On Demand classes.  Spots can be reserved by calling 347-6644 for your one hour time slot for the day of and/or the following day.  This will be in effect until further notice.***

Flexibility to fit your interests

Virtual/On-Demand classes are prerecorded classes available via an iPad and large television in our group exercise studio. Both non-members and members can access virtual/on-demand classes during scheduled times. Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™

A cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi.

A series of (3) 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that deliver fitness results, fast. All three use the very best training techniques, music, and workout choreography to motivate you to go further in your fitness journey.

A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
