Parkside Fitness instructors are certified through a nationally-recognized group exercise certification like AFAA, ACE, etc. for a general certification, or they are certified through Les Mills, Beach Body, or another group exercise format to teach specific classes.

Active Agers Yoga

A fun and practical way to gain the benefits of yoga for a wide spectrum of levels and personal circumstances. Practiced from a chair and while standing, it greatly benefits individuals who are recovering from an injury as well as those struggling to exercise with conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, chronic pain, MS, scoliosis, heart disease, and weight issues.
