Parkside Fitness hires independent contract personal trainers that have the education and training to help you meet all of your fitness goals. Our team will show you how to participate in a safe and productive exercise program that will give you results. If you’re looking to add some intensity to your current regiment or just wanting a healthy start, we can help develop a training program designed individually for your needs. You may benefit from personal training if you are:

  • Unsure of proper weightlifting/exercising technique
  • Not seeing the results of hard training
  • Needing to lose body fat
  • Finding it hard to stick to a program

ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and Mike Boyle Certified Functional Strength Coach

James is a driven fitness professional with a vast education and training background, which includes working with D1 athletes, Miss America Contestants, and adults looking to stay healthy, minimize injuries, and have more energy. He is focused on building authentic relationships to develop athlete and client rapport and trust.
