Parkside Fitness offers Racquetball & Wallyball with 3 courts right on site.
New to racquetball or an experienced player?
Racquetball is not only a fun sport, but it is a great way to improve cardiovascular health, muscle tone, coordination, and flexibility. A good game of racquetball puts all your muscle groups to work, building strength and endurance. During one hour of recreational play, the average player will run two miles and burn over 600 calories—more than aerobics, basketball, or tennis!
Wallyball is a fast-paced, exciting sport similar to volleyball, but it is played on a racquetball court where the ball can be played off of the walls. The number of players per side can vary from 2 – 6.
Interested in securing our courts for a church, youth group, or family gathering? Courts can be rented at a cost of $15/court/hour.
